Via DIOR you can always generate a clear overview of the registered refurbished devices and new devices that still have to be refurbished. NGU Repair Business is a sign in / registration system for repairs and RMA requests. When you are logged into the system as a company, you can easily register a repair per device. With our pre-entered complaint descriptions you can also immediately see the costs of the repair. As soon as the device is registered it can be sent to us or brought directly to our company. When you bring the device, then you can wait in most cases for your repair. If you choose to send the device, you will be continuously informed by e-mail with a status change so that you exactly know what is happening with the device at that specific moment. The system is very user-friendly and well-organized. You can log into the system at any time and follow your repairs or view the history of your repairs.

About DIOR
DIOR or Device Information Online Report is a system that has been developed to automate and simplify the refurbishment process. Through DIOR it is possible to always generate a clear overview of registered devices. It is possible to link a separate status to each device so that you know, for example, which are ready for sale and which are not. You can also print a barcode label for each device so it can be easily scanned and automatically looked up. In addition, it is possible to subject the device to a quality check with the "Function Report" option. An automatic checklist is generated that can be used for checking the device. Once the checklist has been completed, it can be automatically converted to a PDF file, after which the checklist can be printed out and added to the device so that you know exactly what is happening with the specific device.
