Good service and aftersales are both top priorities at NGU Mobile International. Because we have our own technical department, we can do the repair on all smartphones ourselves. This means you only have direct contact with us and no other company intervenes. This allows us to offer a fast service and the quality of our repairs are always at the same high level. At Renewhandy we also offer the possibility to purchase devices with additional insurance for 1 or 2 years. If you already have devices in use and you want to insure them, you can do so for a maximum of 3 months after purchase. The repairs for devices with external damage or complaints that are within the insurance are also handled by our own technical service.

About NGU Warranty

You will receive warranty on all of our products and services. Repairs for devices are carried out at our own repair department.
Because we have different branches within NGU Mobile International for both consumers and business customers, there are some slight differences with regard to the warranty period of a product. Look below for a short overview with our warranty period per product group:

For consumers & (small) business customers

Renewhandy.eu: 2 years warranty on all products (refurbished/second-hand smartphones, accessories)
Repaircenter.eu: 1 year warranty on all repairs

For business customers 

Mobilepartscenter.eu: 6 months warranty on all products (refurbished/second-hand smartphones, accessories & parts)
NGU Repair: 1 year warranty on all repairs

About NGU Insurance

Besides the standard warranty, it is also possible to purchase a additional insurance for your (new) device. When purchasing a smartphone at Renewhandy.eu you have the possibility to buy additional insurance for 1 or 2 years. Your device is then completely covered worldwide against short-circuiting, damage by dropping, damage by third parties, fluid damage, operating errors, fire damage and theft (optional). It is also possible to purchase a separate insurance for your current device. The only condition is that this must be done within the first 3 months of purchase. The insurance prices are based on the type of device and the purchase price of the device. You always pay a one-off amount and are therefore not billed monthly. Repairs within the insurance period are carried out at our own repair department, which means you can expect faster and better quality handling.
